Date Execution	January 1, 2022
Parties	Arkansas Law Review (hereinafter «ALR») and Contributor/Author/Publisher
Term	This contract shall commence on the date of execution and remain in full force and effect until fulfillment of all obligations herein.
Scope Work	The Contributor/Author/Publisher agrees to submit original and unpublished works for publication in the Arkansas Law Review. ALR shall review and consider the submitted works for publication in accordance with its editorial guidelines and policies.
Compensation	Any compensation or payment for the contributed works shall be determined and agreed upon separately between the parties.
Confidentiality	All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of this contract.
Indemnification	The Contributor/Author/Publisher shall indemnify and hold harmless ALR from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the submitted works.
